Dear Valued Clients,
As the concerns around COVID-19 evolve quickly in Canada and around the world, the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, clients, and customers are a top priority and we are closely following the lead of the Ontario Public Health authorities.
In light of safety precautions and social distancing recommendations, SustainMobility recommends that users suspend all carpooling activity effective immediately. Carpooling may resume at such a time as deemed appropriate by the Ontario Public Health authorities.
SustainMobility will also be temporarily suspending its Carpool Ontario website and monthly Rewards Program until further notice. In addition, a COVID-19 notice has been posted on our Carpool Parking Management Program.
To get through this pandemic, we need to come together, be kind and caring, and continue doing our part to keep each other safe and healthy.
Thank you for your continued patience and support as we all work through this unprecedented situation together.
